Where in the world was Mark Strube?

So, where in the world was Mark Strube? Prior to Mark’s 2012 Olympic quest he participated on the Swedish Victory Challenge Louis Vuitton Team. He trained in southern Spain the end of 2006 and the team training location prior to the Louis Vuitton Cup in Dubai. The cup was sailed in Valencia, Spain. Following the America’s Cup, Mark sailed in the 5.5 Meter World Championship in Italy. His team finished 2nd. Mark renewed his Olympic Games effort in the Star Fleet. He and his skipper Joe Londrigan raced at California Yacht Club in the US Sailing Olympic Trials. Mark and Joe finished 9th out of the field of twenty of the best Star teams in the country. The US Olympic Sailing Team sailed in Qingdao at the 2008 Beijing Summer Olympics. The 2012 Summer Olympics will be held in England. The sailing venue is Weymouth, UK on the southern shore.

Here Mark is sailing in the Melges 24 Atlantic Coast Championships held at The Florida Yacht Club in Jacksonville November 16 to 18, 2007.

Mark sailed in the Rolex Miami OCR in January 22nd to February 2nd 2008 in the Star Class.

Mark raced Star Class in the Bacardi Cup held at Coral Reef Yacht Club in Miami March 2nd through March 7th 2008.

Mark raced in the Star World Championship in Miami April 7th through 18th 2008. The event was held at the Coral Reef Yacht Club in Miami.
