I am an ISAF ranked sailor in the Star Class with over 16 years experience with several World Class Star skippers. I have been recruited by America’ Cup challengers as a grinder and mast man in the last three iterations of this event. I have raced in many world championships in sail boats from the classic 5.5 Meter to Maxi Yachts. I have also participated in several world class Match Racing events. Mark Strube Sailing provides experienced rigging services with specialization in hydraulics, splicing and winch service/repair. Mark Strube Sailing provides yacht delivery services by water and overland small boat delivery of smaller race boats. I also provide personalized sailing/racing instruction.

Professional Racing Crew. Cockpit management, Mast management, Sail trim, tactics, Helmsman relief. Day rate plus expenses - negotiable depending on sailing event, boat class and location.
Louis Vuitton / America’s Cup Grinder/Mast Man/Winches Full time employment as Crew in an Americas’ Cup Challenge Team. Negotiable monthly salary with health care benefits and additional room and board allowance.
Star Class Major National or International Regattas Crew on Star Sailing Team including over land towing and boat set up. Negotiable depending on event and location.
Sail Boat Rigging and Hydraulic Services Design, Fabrication and/or installation of Sail Boat Rigging, Winches and Hydraulics. $400/day, $225/half day, $60/hour. Negotiable depending on location and number of days involved. All jobs billed time and materials.
Adult Sailing/Racing Instruction On board your boat sailing/racing instructions to maximize your efficiency and skill level. $500/day, $300/half day.
